Ephemera (Stewart Whitmarsh) makes up one third of the Fixed Rhythms operational crew. He’s here with an in-your-face, emotionally large EP representing his idiosyncratic blend of big bass, Southern rap hi-hats, lush synths and modular squelches. The tempo is such that you can dance hard and fast or find the beats in between and chill on a blunt. Either way, heady for sure.
The A-side hits hard, whereas the B-side calms down a bit for some reflection.
